Our mission is to enhance human life.

We believe the purpose of health is to improve life.

We believe in a world where everyone is disease free, happy, creative, and capable of more.

To create this world, we are building a new health system alongside a small team of only the very best people.

A new era of personal health

The company

Superpower is a unique company. We are at a pivotal moment in human history where the convergence of many forces have made it possible for a new health system to emerge.

Right from the start, our vision has been singular — to create a new health system that prevents disease and enhances human capabilities. We started with lab testing, data aggregation, and building a digital twin of the human. Now, we are replacing primary care with something far better. In the future, we will own labs, clinics, wellness centers, pharmacies, and perform research.

Beyond what you see publicly, we also have two stealth projects. These projects will be consequential in pushing humanity forward.

How do we work?

You can read about our culture here. In short, we have several principles:

01

Radical empowerment

We give you ownership and expect you to show ownership. This is fun, great for learning, but requires you to be proactive.

02

Radical meritocracy

We focus not on tenure or experience but contribution.

03

Radical ‘founder mode’

We are a small, flat team. We expect everyone to be in the weeds taking actions. Our managers do rather than talk. E.g. rather than delegating this page, I’m writing it (Max, the founder).

04

Radical action & speed

We believe that making a mistake costs less than being slow. We believe action produces information. We believe the only way to get to 10/10 is through speed and learning.

05

Radical feedback

We give feedback often because we care and believe this helps each other improve.

06

Day one mentality

It is always “Day One”. This means fewer titles, fewer parts, fewer managers, fewer resources, fewer processes, fewer requirements.

What do we look for?

The best people are self-directed, product-obsessed, and proactive. Our team is smart, hard-working, high taste, and mission-oriented. We like debating ideas. We are truth seeking. Our small team includes 15 former founders, 3 former Y Combinator founders, a Thiel Fellow, and folks who have had 8 figure exits. We care about more about your work and your raw ability than your resume.
