*Includes direct laboratory measurements and calculated health metrics. Hundred Health's 100+ is its own headline for a single annual draw, and its published list works out to about 115 included markers. Mito Health's counts are per curated panel on a single draw, and each panel is bought separately. Comparison based on publicly available information as of October 30, 2026.

Key takeaway:

Hundred Health ($199/yr) combines 100+ lab tests, your medical records, and wearable data into a clinician-built 100-day protocol. Mito Health ($99/yr) is a membership that sells every test at Mito's own cost, from a catalog of 1,000+ labs, scans, kits, and panels. If you want scans, supplements, and prescriptions on sale today, Superpower ($199/yr) goes beyond biomarker testing to be a true home for health. Its membership includes 100+ biomarkers in one draw. Members can also order add-on scans and tests and use a member marketplace for supplements and compounded prescriptions (like peptides), while Superpower AI builds a full action plan.

What is Hundred Health, and what is Mito Health?

Hundred Health is a health platform that reads 100+ lab tests alongside your medical records and wearable data, then turns them into a 100-day health strategy. One flat annual fee covers the testing, the dashboard, and the plan.

Mito Health is a testing marketplace where members pay Mito's own cost for each order. The membership opens that pricing to 1,000+ labs, scans, kits, and panels, and Mito says its income comes from memberships rather than from the tests.

Both end in a clinician-informed plan and both memberships are HSA/FSA eligible. They split on what the fee buys. Hundred prices a year of testing into one number. Mito charges for access and bills each test on top.

What does Hundred Health include?

A $199 Hundred Health membership covers 100+ lab tests once a year, medical-record import, wearable syncing, a dashboard with biological age, and a clinician-built protocol.

Hundred describes its model in three steps:

  1. We build your complete health record — Labs happen at a partner site or at home, while Hundred collects past medical history, lab reports, and imaging and links your wearables.
  2. Your health results, finally explained — Lab and wearable data are read together, compared against peers, and explained with physician-led insights.
  3. Get your 100-day action plan — A clinician-built protocol sets out nutrition, supplements, exercise, and lifestyle changes.

Records can be imported from 450+ health systems, and the wearable list includes Apple Health, Oura, Fitbit, Garmin, Peloton, and Whoop. Hundred's FAQ says members do not currently speak with a physician directly inside the app. Clinicians shape the protocol behind the scenes instead.

What does Mito Health include?

Mito's membership runs $99 a year, or $9 monthly. It brings member rates on every test, trend and biological age tracking, clinician-reviewed results, and Mito Concierge, an AI assistant backed by the care team.

Mito's five-step process runs like this:

  1. Choose and order your tests — Pick from the marketplace, where every test is priced at Mito's cost.
  2. Fill in your health profile — Share concerns, habits, family history, and earlier lab reports.
  3. Provide your sample — Use a partner lab, an at-home draw, or a mailed kit, depending on the test.
  4. Get clinician-reviewed results — A Mito clinician checks each result before the analysis is finalized, and members get care team support.
  5. Retest with focus — Follow-up panels target whatever changed since last time.

No doctor's order is needed, since a Mito-network physician signs every order. Members can add a live 1:1 consult for $39 per 30 minutes, or $99 without a membership.

What biomarkers do Hundred Health and Mito Health measure in 2026?

Hundred Health publishes 100+ lab tests for one annual draw. Mito Health sells four curated panels, and each one is a separate purchase: Essential holds 117 biomarkers, Core 139, Pro 167, and Ultra 182.

The table sets Hundred's annual panel against Mito Core, the panel Mito calls its most popular. Both counts include calculated values and urinalysis, so the two lists sit on the same footing.

Hundred HealthMito Health (Core panel)
Initial draw113-116 biomarkers (91-94 distinct and 22 calculated)138 biomarkers (122 distinct and 16 calculated)
Follow-up drawOne annual panel; a full retest every 100 days is recommendedTargeted panels chosen and bought separately
Headline count100+ lab tests, analyzed once a year117 to 182 biomarkers per curated panel

A single Mito Core draw lists more distinct markers than Hundred's annual panel does. Hundred's list tags some markers as add-ons:

  • Heart and lipids — Lipoprotein(a), ApoA1, LDL particle number, LDL size, and oxidized LDL.
  • Nutrients and toxins — Omega fatty acids, homocysteine, magnesium, zinc, lead, and mercury.
  • Thyroid and stress — Thyroid antibodies, free T3, cortisol, and DHEA sulfate.

Hundred's FAQ says Galleri, Prenuvo, DEXA, and other advanced add-ons are planned for 2026. Mito's catalog already spans:

  • Curated panels — Essential, Core, Pro, and Ultra, where Ultra brings in the Galleri multi-cancer test and an at-home gut health test.
  • Scans and fitness tests — Body composition and bone density DEXA, coronary calcium scoring, VO2 max, and Prenuvo MRI at select sites.
  • At-home kits — Seven self-collection blood kits, gut microbiome analysis, an H. pylori breath test, and whole-genome sequencing.

What are the official 2026 membership prices for Hundred Health and Mito Health?

Hundred's price is $199 a year, billed once, which Hundred sums up as roughly $16 a month. Mito's membership is $99 a year, or $9 a month, and no test is included.

Hundred's fee covers its lab tests. Optional add-on tests can carry separate fees, and members in New York and New Jersey pay a lab testing fee of up to $248 a year. Its launch release described in-home phlebotomy as an additional cost.

Member prices step up from $89.60 (Essential) through $197.59 (Core) and $323.88 (Pro) to $1,503.45 (Ultra). Those are the lowest panel prices Mito lists, and that lab adds a $15 draw fee per visit. One Core draw therefore puts a year at $311.59, and Essential as a second draw raises it to $416.19.

An at-home blood draw through Mito is a flat $99 per visit where offered. New York and New Jersey members pay more at Mito. State fees sit inside each test's price, about 133% higher, which puts Core at $463.61. HSA/FSA funds work on both memberships.

Prescriptions and supplements: what each sells today

Hundred Health sells both inside its platform, and Mito Health sells neither yet.

Hundred's care program, billed apart from the membership from $99 a month, prescribes weight-loss medication through independent licensed clinicians. Nothing is prescribed until a consultation takes place, and the program skips Alaska, Illinois, Mississippi, and New Jersey.

On supplements, Hundred runs a members-only marketplace with brands such as Thorne, Momentous, and Cymbiotika, at up to 20% off retail.

Mito's manifesto promises both soon, on the same at-cost model. Until then, a Mito plan that calls for either sends the member elsewhere.

One annual panel, or a catalog you build yourself

Hundred chooses the panel, and Mito leaves the choosing to you. Hundred members get one set annual draw, with a full retest every 100 days recommended in the FAQ.

Mito members pick every test from the catalog, and Mito Concierge can build a custom panel or book the lab appointment. That fits a member who already knows what to test and wants to see the cost of each item.

How do Hundred Health and Mito Health turn results into a plan?

Hundred's early results begin populating within 24 hours of the draw. The full panel takes about two weeks, and the protocol only generates once every result is in.

Mito says results land 7 to 10 days after the lab visit, with the care team's review arriving roughly two weeks after those first numbers. In between, Mito Concierge answers questions and can text the care team when clinical input is needed.

Hundred syncs wearables directly, while Mito members log readings by hand.

Where are Hundred Health and Mito Health tests available?

Hundred Health draws blood through 5,000+ partner labs or an in-home phlebotomist. In-lab appointments are unavailable in Hawaii, North Dakota, South Dakota, and West Virginia, and in-home draws are unavailable in states including Idaho, Maine, and Wyoming.

Mito's lab network covers 47 states plus Washington, D.C., and it has no location in Hawaii, North Dakota, or Rhode Island. Its at-home blood draws reach 35 states, and its mailed kits ship nationwide. Ultra and Galleri are not offered in New York, New Jersey, or Rhode Island.

Who is Hundred Health best for, and who is Mito Health best for?

Hundred Health is best for:

  • People who want one flat price for a year of testing, with records and wearables in one place.
  • People who want prescriptions and discounted supplements inside the same platform.
  • People who want some results within 24 hours of the draw.

Mito Health is best for:

  • People who already know what to test and would rather pay cost for each item.
  • People who want a deep catalog of scans, kits, and panels beside the blood work.
  • People who want the option of a live 1:1 consult with the care team.

The bottom line

Hundred Health prices a year into one $199 membership. It covers an annual panel, records and wearables in one view, a clinician-built protocol, a members-only supplement store, and a separately priced prescription program. Mito Health suits members who pick their own tests, with at-cost pricing, a 1,000+ item catalog, and optional consults.

Each leaves part of the menu for later. Mito's $99 buys no test, and its supplements and prescriptions are still planned. Hundred's FAQ puts Galleri, Prenuvo, DEXA, and other advanced add-ons in 2026 plans.

Superpower costs $199 a year in most states, level with Hundred and lower than the $311.59 a Mito year costs with one Core panel. Its marketplace is open now: scans and add-on tests, member-priced supplements up to 20% off, and prescriptions available when clinically appropriate, priced separately. Wearables sync directly, and Superpower AI reads them beside 100+ biomarkers from one draw to build a Superpower Protocol that updates with results. Superpower says 93% of members found their action plan more useful, even life-changing, than a yearly checkup.

How does the Superpower membership work?

We test 100+ biomarkers from a single blood draw each year. Your baseline test paints a comprehensive picture of your health, and your dashboard shows what’s working, what needs attention, and what to do next. Superpower AI and your care team help you take action across lifestyle, supplements, and treatments.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. You can cancel anytime, no fees. Your membership stays active through the end of your paid year.

How often should I test?

Your membership includes two blood tests per year: one to establish your baseline, and one to see whether your plan improved biomarkers that were out of range or not yet optimized. You can add other diagnostics anytime through the app or with help from your care team.

When will I get my results?

Book your draw at any of 2,000+ partner labs or at-home. Results are typically ready in about a week and land in the Superpower app.
