Key takeaway:

Everlywell 360 ($399/yr) is a lab testing membership that gives you one annual test, a WellScore, and a Care Plan reviewed by clinicians. Lifeforce ($599/yr, or $199 then $149/mo) is a longevity medicine program that pairs 50+ biomarkers, drawn two or four times a year, with 45-minute clinician consults and prescription therapies. If you want your testing, plan, and next steps in one place without booking consults, Superpower ($199/yr) goes beyond biomarker testing to be a true home for health. One draw of 100+ biomarkers feeds Superpower AI with your wearable and medical records, beside a member marketplace.

What is Everlywell, and what is Lifeforce?

Everlywell pairs a catalog of single tests with Everlywell 360, a once-a-year lab panel that ships with a Care Plan a clinician has reviewed.

Lifeforce is a longevity medicine program. It describes itself as combining "diagnostics, doctors, coaches, and science-backed longevity therapies."

Both begin with bloodwork. They split on how much clinical time comes with it, and on how often the blood gets drawn.

What does Everlywell include?

Everlywell 360 costs $399 a year and bundles one lab draw, a WellScore, and a clinician-reviewed Care Plan. The 360 + Consult tier is the upgrade for anyone who wants a live conversation with a licensed provider.

The brand's three-step outline reads:

  1. Schedule lab tests — Book a collection slot at a partner lab.
  2. Review your results — Browse your numbers beside analysis from clinicians.
  3. Take action — Work through the Care Plan, and add a consult if questions remain.

The visit is a standard venous blood draw plus a urine sample you collect yourself, and no lab fees are added at checkout. Everlywell sells its single tests separately from the membership.

What does Lifeforce include?

Lifeforce sells two plans. The Core Annual Membership is $599 for two draws of 50+ biomarkers, a 45-minute clinician consult, and a personalized program. The Monthly Membership is $199 for the first month and $149 a month after that, with four draws, four consults, and unlimited health coaching.

Lifeforce's how-it-works page lists four steps:

  1. Schedule your blood draw — A phlebotomist visits your home or you go to a lab.
  2. Meet 1:1 with your clinician — After a health questionnaire, you go through results and goals on video.
  3. Get your custom plan — A dedicated health coach supports you as the program begins.
  4. Retest and refine — Fresh bloodwork shows progress and shapes the next version of the plan.

Results also feed a Lifescore, a 0-100 number that includes biological age as one of three components.

What role do prescriptions and supplements play in each?

Prescriptions are part of Lifeforce's program, while at Everlywell they come only out of a consult.

Lifeforce lists access to prescription medications on both plans, including hormone therapy. Its pharmacy catalog gives each medication its own price and opens only to members, once blood test results and a clinician video consult support the order.

Everlywell's clinicians can prescribe during a consultation if medically appropriate. That cost sits outside the membership fee.

Both sell their own supplements. Lifeforce members get 30% off. Everlywell offers 20% off on subscription.

What biomarkers do Everlywell and Lifeforce measure in 2026?

Everlywell 360 reports 83 biomarkers, and Lifeforce describes 50+ biomarkers per draw. Lifeforce's help center names 60 in its full list. Neither marks a calculated class, so one rule covers both lists.

Headline count83 biomarkers on one test50+ biomarkers per draw

Everlywell's single list is longer than one Lifeforce draw. Lifeforce makes up ground by repeating its panel, which leaves out Lp(a) after the first draw.

Lifeforce's add-on panels join a scheduled draw:

  • Heavy metals and metabolic health — $200 each.
  • Cardiovascular health — $200.
  • Brain Protection — $850, then $700 for a follow-up.

Everlywell's single tests cover:

  • Cancer screening — Galleri, Caris Detect, Clairity Breast, and a FIT colon test.
  • Gut and food — Jona gut microbiome and food sensitivity kits.
  • Hormone and sexual health — Women's health, men's health, testosterone, and STD tests.

What are the official 2026 membership prices for Everlywell and Lifeforce?

Everlywell 360 costs $399 a year. Lifeforce's Core Annual Membership costs $599, so Everlywell 360 is the lower price of the two. Lifeforce's Monthly plan is $199 up front, then $149 a month, or $1,449 paid annually.

On Core Annual, Lifeforce sends a phlebotomist to your home for the first draw at no charge, and later draws move to a lab. Everlywell folds lab fees into its price.

Extras sit outside both. Lifeforce bills medications separately, and Everlywell excludes additional labs and prescriptions. Lifeforce runs HSA/FSA eligibility through Truemed. Everlywell 360 is eligible as well.

How much clinician time does each membership include?

Lifeforce schedules it, and Everlywell sells it as an upgrade.

A Lifeforce member books a 45-minute video consult once a year on Core Annual and four times on the Monthly plan. In the gaps, a medical operations team replies to questions within 1 to 2 business days.

Everlywell's base membership returns a Care Plan instead. A one-on-one meeting with a licensed provider starts on the 360 + Consult tier.

How often does each one draw blood, and how fast do results arrive?

Lifeforce draws two or four times a year, and Everlywell 360 draws once.

Lifeforce's help center puts results at 10 to 14 business days, with a clinician's first review following inside 48 hours. Everlywell 360 results typically come back within about 9 days, and its Care Plan trails them by a day.

Where are Everlywell and Lifeforce tests available?

Lifeforce serves the 48 contiguous states, and offers no testing in North Dakota, Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. territories. In New York, New Jersey, and Rhode Island, members get in-home draws only, and add-on panels are unavailable.

Everlywell 360 books through 2,000+ partner labs, but the membership is not offered in Arizona, Alaska, Hawaii, New Jersey, New York, or Rhode Island.

Who is Everlywell best for, and who is Lifeforce best for?

Everlywell is best for:

  • People who want a single annual draw with a Care Plan and no monthly bill.
  • People who want a lower first-year price than Lifeforce's Core Annual.
  • People who want single kits, such as Galleri or food sensitivity, outside a membership.

Lifeforce is best for:

  • People who want a scheduled consult with a clinician and a health coach.
  • People who want two or four draws a year, with a plan that adjusts after each one.
  • People who want hormone therapy handled inside the same program.

The bottom line

Everlywell 360 and Lifeforce differ most in how much care comes attached. Everlywell gives you one annual test, a Care Plan that arrives soon after results, and a consult tier. Lifeforce gives you repeat draws, scheduled 45-minute consults, a coach, and a prescription pathway.

Both stop short of an all-in-one price. Everlywell 360's consult and prescriptions cost extra, and Lifeforce bills medications separately while selling its four add-on panels at $200 to $850.

At $199 a year in most states, Superpower sits below Everlywell 360's $399 and Lifeforce Core Annual's $599, the lowest price of the three. Superpower AI turns 100+ biomarkers from one draw, your wearable data, and your medical records into a Superpower Protocol, and AI and care team support takes questions whenever they come up, with nothing to schedule. The marketplace adds supplements at up to 20% off, scans and specialty tests, and prescriptions available when clinically appropriate, priced separately. Superpower says 93% of members found their action plan more useful, even life-changing, than a yearly checkup.

Blood work is where a health plan starts, not where it ends. Build your home for health with Superpower today.

How does the Superpower membership work?

We test 100+ biomarkers from a single blood draw each year. Your baseline test paints a comprehensive picture of your health, and your dashboard shows what’s working, what needs attention, and what to do next. Superpower AI and your care team help you take action across lifestyle, supplements, and treatments.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. You can cancel anytime, no fees. Your membership stays active through the end of your paid year.

How often should I test?

Your membership includes two blood tests per year: one to establish your baseline, and one to see whether your plan improved biomarkers that were out of range or not yet optimized. You can add other diagnostics anytime through the app or with help from your care team.

When will I get my results?

Book your draw at any of 2,000+ partner labs or at-home. Results are typically ready in about a week and land in the Superpower app.
